Opening night for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim 2011 event with Jeile Marie and Richard. They were there all week getting backstage access, interviewing designers, celebrities, and models. This is the first in a series of short episodes where we show you what it is like in the tents that go up for one week at the Raleigh Hotel in South Beach.

This episode features interviews with Trina Turk and People’s Revolution Emily Bungert and Stefanie Skinner from Bravo’s reality show Kell On Earth. Emily showed off her Mara Hoffman dress. Jeile Marie asked Stefanie about working with Andrew. You also get a preview glimpse of the Kardshians, Bow Wow and Angela Simmons.  Of course, you get to see models walking the runway in bikinis! What else would you find at a fashion show in a hot and humid summer day in Miami Beach.

goLIVEmiami.com was backstage when Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian entered the main tent for the Beach Bunny swimwear show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim 2011 in Miami Beach. The Kardashian sisters had front row seats and were also accompanied by Disney star Selena Gomez (pink dress). They watched their line “Kardashians for Beach Bunny” hit the runway with sexy styles and embellishments. It’s a typical wintertime Saturday night in Miami and ‘You Go Where We Go’. Tonight we started on the red carpet at the Miami International Film Festival and chatted with the hot model for the festival’s poster. We were privileged to talk with Argentine director of “The Secret in Their Eyes” Juan Jose Campanella, winner of the Academy Award for Best Foreign Film this year. Richard was also on the runway and backstage at the Fashion Miami show with designer Custo of Custo Barcelona. Richard then found himself in the middle of filming of an episode for Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Miami and talking with Alexia Echevarria, one of the stars who is also Executive Editor of Venue Magazine. Richard also talked with the stars of USA Network’s Burn Notice Jeffrey Donovan and Gabrielle Anwar. It is based on the first book of a trilogy by Swedish writer and activist Stieg Larrson. This was a major best selling book in Europe and the film is a hugh success there. This showing at the Miami International Film Festival was an East Coast Premiere. The movie will open nationally in the US.

As we were covering Super Bowl events in Miami we were invited to cover the Super Sexy Saturday Night party hosted by Jamie Foxx at the Miami Beach Surfcomber Hotel which became the Budlight Hotel. The highlight attraction was a blowout concert by Usher. There was a slight sound problem after the concert and Jamie Foxx was very successfully picking up the slack by offering to pour free shots for all of the ladies. We were six inches away from Foxx as he ‘did his thing’. Besides being one of the greatest actors, he is not shy and loves to mingle with his fans.
