It’s that time of year again for Gen Art Shop Miami at the Moore Building. Miami New Times awarded this event 2009’s “Best Place to Meet Single Women” so guys pay attention here….
Gen Art Shop Miami
Gen Art does a great job each year putting on this event with many of the top local designers. Some of my personal favorites are Nazly Villamizar for her eco-conscious and funky style, Bogosse because guys look hot in their shirts, and Fevi Reyes fun jewelry designs. There are over 40 designers that will be selling at this event in a four-hour shopping extravaganza.

I am not much of a shopper but the event is fun to go to regardless. The music is great and there are complimentary drinks, spa services, and gift bags for VIP ticketholders. I love giftbags! I went a previous year and had a chance to reintroduce myself to Julian Chang. I had met him many moons before when my friend and him were in fashion classes together. Fevi Reyes is someone that I do not know personally but have been following her updates and appreciate her style. So I look forward to meeting her.

Let me know what you think of this event! Leave a comment below.
