Blondes vs. Brunettes Event at Rik Rak Salon Brickell
The ultimate question of “Who’s hotter?” is finally settled on June 24th, 2010 at the Rik Rak Salon Boutique & Bar on Brickell Avenue as international artist Elisabetta Fantone puts it to a vote with an interactive exhibit entitled “Blondes vs. Brunettes”.
Not to worry, no arduous registration process required for this election, as crossing the Rik Rak threshold completes the task, making every guest an eligible voter. This highly anticipated event is already being raved about as one of the “5 Best Things to Do” this month in Miami by Plum TV. “Blondes vs. Brunettes” is sponsored by CoupTessa and promises an electrifying evening of sugar and champagne featuring pop-art, Cupcakes by Kristy, Lunetta Prosecco provided by Palm Bay International, and last but certainly not least, a good old-fashioned female Italian by birth, yet a citizen of the world, Elisabetta Fantone is a jet-setting multi-faceted superstar poised for international esteem. In 2006, she conquered Canada with her stunning beauty and undeniable acting prowess, and now, four short years later, she boasts celebrated pop-art painter and chart-topping vocalist as additions to her already impressive resume.
“Blondes vs. Brunettes” is a compilation of pieces from Fantone’s most recent pop-art collections: “Blonde Icons” and “Iconic Brunettes”. This collective series of portraits features icons like Sophia Lauren, Marilyn Monroe, Linda Evangelista, Kate Moss, and Elizabeth Taylor, among others. Fantone even showcases beauties from the ever-popular reality TV genre like starlet Gretchen Rossi. Fantone’s fascination with high-profile women who wear their hair color with such confidence and panache that it becomes their signature is what inspired her to paint Rossi, Bravo’s The Real House Wives of Orange County’s most controversial blonde, and invite her to participate in the event. Rossi, who has recently launched Gretchen Christine Beaute, a line of stunning beauty products, will share the night with Fantone by unveiling the line to the women of Miami, while celebrating her insatiable portrait by the artist.
These ladies may be easy on the eyes but they are also no slouches in the social media department. This event will be streamed live from the Rik Rak Salon Boutique and Bar on the Elisabetta Fantone Facebook Fan Page as well as on affiliate sponsor sites, CoupTessa.com and RikRak.com.
